JPM Films, Inc. manufactures high quality phosphorus dopant, boron dopant and neutral spacer films.

The boron and phosphorus dopant films (also known as dopant papers) are routinely used in discrete semiconductor production to provide p+ and n+ dopants to semiconductor wafers with excellent uniformity, while the neutral spacer film is used for wafer separation or isolation.

Dopant films, manufactured in our Happauge facility, are developed by combining high quality raw materials in a unique mixing and casting process.  They are safe and usable in ambient temperature.

Typical uses include rectifiers, diodes, TVS, solar cells and Thyristor.
